What’s Covered (1–3 Weeks Warranty):
Most laptops come with a 1-week warranty.
Selected models include an extended 3-weeks warranty (this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase).
Manufacturing defects such as:
Faulty USB ports
Speaker failure
Sudden shutdowns
Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the device doesn’t power on at delivery, notify us within 24 hours for a replacement.
Not Covered:
Physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, liquid spills, bent frames)
Accidental drops or mishandling
Software-related issues (e.g., viruses, OS corruption)
🛠 How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Contact us within 24 hours of noticing the issue.
Provide a clear video showing the defect (e.g., device not powering on).
Once approved, ship the item back to us (buyer covers return shipping).
A replacement will be arranged within 5 business days after inspection.
Note:
Warranty service is limited to replacement for eligible claims.

No Refunds After Delivery
All sales are final once a system has been delivered. Refunds will not be issued after purchase is complete.
Refunds Are Only Allowed If:
The item has not been dispatched — If you request a cancellation before shipping, a full refund will be processed.
The item is unavailable — If the item is out of stock or has been discontinued, you'll be offered a refund or alternative.
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or if your order is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
We offer a 5-day return policy for incorrect or faulty orders. This means you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. After 5 days, returns will no longer be accepted.
