The available delivery method may be subject to change based on the availability of the laptop in your region at the time of purchase.

• If the laptop is available in your region, you may opt for Payment on Delivery (POD).

• If the laptop is not available in your region, Payment Before Delivery (PBD) will be required.

• Notice: All payments are done via Bank Transfer unless stated otherwise and are subjected to proof of payment payment.

How It Works:

• After you confirm your order, we’ll share our Awka office address and inspection time.

• From there, you’ll be taken to my distributor’s location for testing before payment.

Commitment Fee Policy (Recommended):
₦10,000 - ₦15,000 Reservation Fee (deductible from final payment)

• Guarantees item reservation

Full Process:

1. Pay reservation fee → We dispatch item

2. Pay balance after physical inspection via delivery agents at a designated pickup location (pickup location will be provided after order confirmation)

NOTE: Reservation fee is non-refundable.

For deliveries outside Awka/Anambra or Lagos state, payment is required before delivery.

Cash on delivery is NOT available for nationwide shipping. 

Dims Deals DELIVERY POLICY

• Full payment is required before delivery (PBD) for all orders, except for customers within Anambra or Lagos state, where Pay on Delivery (POD) may apply based on agreement.

• Typical process:

  1. Delivery will be done via GIG Logistics, with order tracking available.

  2. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days, but may extend up to 7 days in rare cases.

  3. Orders are processed via bank transfer and only after payment confirmation (proof of payment is required).

  4. Exceptions are subject to prior agreement and verification.

  5. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not pass verification checks

  6. Any falsified or fake proof of payment will be flagged, and appropriate action will be taken. 

• Standard Delivery Fee: A flat delivery charge of ₦15,000 applies to all states within Nigeria.

• Premium Laptop Surcharge: Delivery fees may increase for premium or high-value laptops due to added handling and security.

• Delivery Insurance: All deliveries handled via our GIG Logistics partners include delivery insurance, ensuring your item is protected in transit.

• Additional Guarantee:
  If a fault is detected in your device that falls within the warranty coverage and is returned within the valid warranty period, this business will cover the cost of shipping or delivery for the replacement.
  However, the cost of returning the faulty device remains the customer's responsibility.
